Well I need some help . . . How I make a Button with a Picturebox In a Form

That the button when saves the image (that code is done) it also Open It In another Windows Programs Or Something . . .

That doesn't make any sense.
But I'll try and help you.

The first thing you need to do is either learn english so you can ask properly. Or learn (atleast the basics of) vb.
And then the second thing you need to do is come back here and ask, after you've done step 1.

Just do a shell of the program with the commandline argument with the picture location.
