New Recommened item changer
Due to this patch the previous method to change items were disabled. Does any one know how to change recommended items now?

I had posted the original recommended item changer here a while back. The creator has since mentioned that it is no longer working due to the new patcher release and directory change. It will be updated soon. I will upload it here asap.

Ty, I'm assuming it just changes up your recommended items? I've never used one before.

Exactly. It has a very easy to use interface and changes the items that appear on the recommended list. You can set an item list for each champion, or just the ones you play.

Riot likes to move things around from patch to patch.

Yeah they changed the names of all the folders within the game directory, so most programs relating to the game don't know the changes

Damn, riots making it pretty hard for people who are trying to hack/mod it. =/

My patcher still works...
no update in 2 months.
