I have this problem i installed Textures mod.

The name off the files are:
PV_L96A1.DTX
PV_SR_DF_L115A3_YK.DTX
GUNS_M_PV_SR.rez
GUNS_T_PV_SR.rez
UI_HUD_Info.rez
Anyone can help with the Backup's or some tutorial for evade that?

"GUNS_M_PV_SR.rez"

That is a model texture file. They are patched. Only texture mods can be used. Follow the instructions in the link above and do NOT try to use a non-texture mod.
