Hacker does not mean = who the guy uses cheats on game. or who the guy codes cheats on a game.
Hacker has its sub catogories. and there is "no" coding section in it.

Grey hats
Lamers
Carders = they are so fking awesome.

Hacker = Who uses hacks
Coder = Makes hacks
Hacker, Coder = Uses hacks, makes hacks!
