hey guys, i need help with how to make combat arms hacks. I've downloaded and installed Microsoft visual C++ 2010 express...now what do i do? HELP!!

currently all hacks are patched.. unless you want a crosshair..

ye anything would be nice just to get me to understand how to use this program
