Try using game booster / smart close
And are you running any hacks?

change ur place to NA , canada OR UK

If you are using hacks it can lagg you.
Other way is to moving house to Canada.
Use any reduce lagg tutorial, like using gamebooster/Smart close.
Also if you using wirless, try to portforward you'r router.
Or just upgrade you'r net.

i am using game booster pereuim n for a game no1 is gonna move to another country =))

Smart close closes down alot of background programs, sometimes more then Gamebooster
SmartClose download and reviews from SnapFiles

Should use CCleaner to clean the whole computer, use these GameBooster's programs, let only CF using the bandwidth, get on the most close server at you.
