Name hack!
I just found something on the internet so i going to post it here,
please dont aske me something about this i have tryed this but the game crashed
so maby that one of you could make an good gunz file and maby post it here ?
Supplies Needed
OllyDbg
Gunz Runnable [10-13-05] or later
to get these just use google
Tutorial
Open up ollydbg with gunz runnable, right click and "Search For" --> "All Referenced Text Strings" ( like in pic 1 )
Wait for this to load, may take a few secs then right click it, "Search For Text" --> then Type "gameresult_background", ( Make sure case sensative is off, and entire scope is on ), then Search,( likes in pic 2 )
push Ctrl_L to search next,, look directly under the selected text, it should say "FONTa10_02Wht", double click that or push enter when its highlighted (* like in pic 3 )
Ok now you should be back in the "dissembler" ( or something like that )
look 1 adress above the one highlighted, it should say something like
"JNZ GunzRunn.XXXXXXXX"
Right click And Binary --> Fill With Nops
ok now look about 20 lines up, there should be a "JMP Short xxxxxxxx"
Fill This With Nops Aswell ( all of that in pic 4 )
Ok now just right click .. Copy To exacutable --> all modified --> copy all
a little window will popup, just close that it will say do you wish to save, click yes
or u can save by right click after this and backup --> Save Data To File
