why I get ban all the time?
because you got reported!
how does "report" works?
when other player report you system will auto take few ss in different time on you (one match)
after 9:00PM admin start to check those ss and some YouTube videos(sometimes)
then find your username then.......
how to decrease the risk for getting ban?
don't use Chams or any ESP
