Name= Skill Name or Attack Name (First/Second/etc Hit are the normal attacks)
Percentile= The main reason you'll want this info, basically shows how much damage it does.
#Hits= Some attacks do "two in one" (or more)
Base Mastery= Attack is affected by Combat Mastery or Smash Mastery.
Mastery= Specific Mastery the skill is affected by.
Extra Dmg= Unsure of this, but probably the extra damage given by +>8 Enhancements, or maybe some Enchant.

Critical Chance Formula

The data gathering for this was done by 에탄올 of Inven. Here is the full report.
To put it simply he did 1000 hits each time he changed his will, leading to the following result.

Crit chance = (Will * 0.016) + Skill

Skill = Chance provided by your Critical Skill rank.

Which means
100 Will = 1,6% Crit chance.
