SolvedFast motion / Slow motion

do anybody know how i turn on the fast motion and slow motion

plz help me

you need to mod for it

and play with the dvar time scale

No, the threadstarter hasn't specified if he wants to do it as a hack of somesort or in a mod.

The thread was three weeks old. Why bother writing in it only telling a moderator to close it?
