If you're seeing the missing dll message box then its being injected, you just need that dll, try restarting your computer, and for 64 bit computers it need sot go in a different folder, other than system32, idk what its called though.

!!!!Use Portal Injector its much easier all u have to do is put portal and the .dll hack in the same folder and just run portal
