Public Direct 3D Hook ?

euhhmm ...
I was thinking of posting a Public Direct 3D Hook for War Rock with not many functions but enough to make normal players pissed. :P
But I wanted to know first of all if it was okay with the staff on this site.If you think I should release it then speak out.
If you think I should release it, then speak out and give me a reason. :P
