Intervention mod problem!

hallo, i want to make a intervention texture but i have problem on filesize...
I do everything right but still be so
i save d x t 5 inter. and then i use hex editor and crc2 fixer... but nothink...
i need help!!

thats because you didnt save the file in the correct .dds format,save as ***5 draw mipmaps!

I think you need to select 'Generate MIP Maps'.

you have selected no mipmaps, you have to select generate mipmaps

um im pretty sure he's meant to save it as D X T 1, not 5, 5 is for alpha channel files, and hes only editing the skin of the gun, plus generate mip maps dont change anything with the final file size.

Gun skins have alpha channels though.
