REZ-Checker Bypass
Only works for Combat Arms NA!!
This program easy bypasses all Model Edits, Hex Edits, all with the GUNS_M_PV_***.rez Files
So speedknife and other stuff is working again!
There is only some things to do before use the program:
(note: you must do this only before use the program the first time then never again)
step1: extract all GUNS_M_PV_***.rez files (also GUNS_M_HH.rez) in your Combat Arms Folder using RezXtract.exe
Step 2: rename all the extracted *.rez files to something other like *.rezBAK or just move the files somewhere.
How to use the program:
step 1: The program need a folder called 'Modfolder'
1.1 You can manually create one .
1.2 Also the program can create one:
you only need to click on 'create empty modfolder' and select the path where the folder should be
step 2: select you Combat Arms directory and Modfolder directory
(you can save this pathes and also ,if you want autoUpdate or not, in a file with clicking on Configuration File 'save file')
step 3: a lot of mods you can download are LTB files - you can only use the mod if you have the LTB file(s) for the mod
move the LTB files for the mod into your Modfolder and into the specific subfolder given by the creator
(for example a speedknife mod you need to move the file into 'Modfolder\GUNS_M_PV_MELEE\')
step 4: start combat arms manually or click on 'start combat arms.
step 5: wait until combat arms load and if you are on the login screen of combat arms go back to the program.
step 6: click on 'Replace original files with modded files'
maybe you get a message that not all folders were found - that only means that you can't use some mods because in your
Combat Arms Folder are not all Subfolders which are needed for Model Edits (GUNS_M_PV_*.rez '*' for AR;SMG;SR;SG...)
step 7: go back into Combat Arms
step 8: log in, play and have fun with the mods
step 9: after you close combat arms click on "Replace modded files with original files" - don't forget this or your combat arms will not start next time because you use modded files
