Try using a different injector. The loader drops the .dll file in the same folder. 
Working fine for me, your last Black Cipher crashed at loading screen, This time works without a problem(Win7 X64). What exactly is auto cipher? and auto packing?

Lmao i got a 3 seconds ban for some reason. I went into a game i appearently "Won the game" right after i joined so i left and tried to log back into combat arms but nothing.
