well if im correct when nexon does server check they sometimes check the inventory of players and well O.O before it happend i deleted my High rank equipment and non avaliable equipment

But it still recorded at your site profile as Shots Fired, Accuracy and how many people you killed with that guns.

But i couldve just picked up the gun they have no rights

How they would know that you just picked up the gun from a game?

Well if you used a blacked out wepon excessively and it shows up on your profile, then its up to Nexon from there. I've owned several blacked out wepons and havn't been banned yet. But I'm not using my main account either.
