Vindictus error?

oh my i got a new problem guys when i try to open vindictus some kind of popup shows up

"URL:http://download2.nexon.net/Game/Vind...ToDateInfo.txt
Buffer:
InterenetOpenUrl Error 12029
Patch check failed.
Network cannot read the latest patch information due to
internet connetion error or temporary patch server failure."

idk what internet connection error lol because i was surfing the net while trying to click it so idk what to do help guys

i tried what u said and still cant connect give me the same error or is the vindictus down or something?

btw i also tried checking all (including) public in the exception tab but still nothing happens , should uncheck or check?
