What's this error mean?

I don't know what that means? I tried to google DecMPA.dll but it didn't show up anywhere...

Google has failed. I googled it and all I came up with was "DecaMPA.dll is a module". Sorry but can't help you. :/

I guess you might have to reinstall the program.
