I know... but it is up to minions or mods...
This error is commonly caused by a bypass that overwrites the HGWC file

Reinstalling must be a secure way to solve any problem, but sometimes people have deleted the installers already. So in order to skip all the fucking download proccess, and knowing that the HGWC file is corrupted and its the root of the problem, then why not just askin for that specific file?

I think downloading an 840kb file is faster, and better than downloading the whole installer (516 Mb)

Your logic is correct, but doing that isn't surely guaranteed if will really works. The best way is reinstalling, imo.
