It holds like temp rar files you have run. stuff like that, like you open a word file from a rar and try and save it itll be in the temp fodler.
i would useally delete it because thats were viruses chill.

also virus' sit in there and readd themselfs.

both hold 'temporary files" and shit just hold crap . sometimes your old porn pictures and child porn pictures @Dead Bones Brook will be found in those folder(s) because your browser basically saves them to your PC to load up webpages faster? :S doesn't apply only to browsing, but other software.

I just clear them all, un-necessary, if don't clear them I just do my weekly OS format.

Downloads, pictures, music, movies, installers (rars+keygens+serials etc

, all that other crap. portable photoshop, shitload of fonts and brushes, my school work

Erase your temp folder.
Your PC will befaster.
