Keep trying to open it. Run as admin. Re-download, Restart computer

That's weird, recommend search about this error, or else reisnstall the game.

Uninstall it, before you reinstall it, DELETE the Z8 games folder, it contains some files that always get left over and need to be manually deleted
because when i open gameclub site there was an error i cannot acces there site!!!

Also, I recommend install everything of Cf and run CCleaner.

Delete z8games folder, run ccleaner, and make sure you have DirectX downloaded!!!
