as for post bans, a while back you could request a ban with CS
if you get post banned, you can take a CS with you (i think)

I haven't seen no one bitching about them? If anything I just see people WANTING to get them. Although, I do think Aruns idea is a good one and should be enforced. Would make it pretty interesting, along with celebrating another milestone @ MPGH.
