Scamming?

Is this considered a scam. Im about to trade with this guy. And he agress to do first. but i decide to be nice and gives him user,lastname,bday,email and email password. So he says give me ign you fail scammer. Im confused... wat did i do lol???

i have the ign i juss dont wanna give it to him till he paid. he could get me bannd lol...
