Try to portforward you'r router, or z8games won't let you play on 1 net. *** Already have two Routers
Or try to re-install crossfire
I did it ALot Of Times No Thing Happened
Give us more detail like:
-OS
-Bit
-Internet speed 1. Win XP 2. 32 Bit 3. 512 MB/1MB
Is the error, when you join a game, that the connection been delayed, or its closing automatically.
If its closing automatically, it was happend me on my old laptop.
You need to change the resolution of Crossfire, and the details.
So do eveything like this:
800x600
And everything low.

ip stands for "internet protocol" i think O.O
but you can run 2 crossfire clients on 2 different computers having the same ISP (internet service provider)... I know it because my brother and I use to play at the same time.
What computer are u runinng ? May be the graphic card ? It may not have the correct tools to run this game ?
CF was working before but this problem started since the last update and now i tried every thing and still same problem
Format the problematic computer, update everything and install CF.
