Black Ops problem

So my friend came over with his BO and I'm playing it now. Every game looks metallic, shiny, and everyone is black. Any fix?

I'm on xbox and with an hdmi cord. Used the av cords and I'm getting the same results.

Yeah its a glitch i think. I saw it on the black ops forum. It's either ur cd is fucked up or u just have to restart the xbox.

restarted the xbox and nothing happened. It didn't do this on his xbox though.
