Help..Need Link

Does anyone know if there are hack programs or 3D editors or creators that could make a "Halo: Combat Evolved" map (for the pc) from scratch??

I know people have done it before but i dont know how

If this is in the wrong section..move it...the only reason its here is because in the FPS/Shooters there is not a Halo PC section!

Either there is a map maker, someone ripped it off the 360(not sure if its possible) or they found some way to modify the clients files.

I know there is one for Halo CE...is there one for the normal version?

There is a map editor for Halo 2 PC. Which you can transfer it to CE...

So the Halo 2 Map Editor can make maps from scratch?
Could it transfer to halo pc (not CE)

Plus...when i say map editor..i dont mean things like sparkedit where you just move objects around and scenerey..i mean like creating hills...and making maps from a blank file
