when i put the msvcr100d.dll in pb folder i had random crashes on any map.
so you should put it in system folder like whit has already told many times

i googled the .dll and got it. but when you put it in project blackout folder, you get crashes! (win7 64bit atleast)
So put the msvc100d.dll in SYSTEM folder. like whit has told in earlier posts!
if you have 32bit system, put it in System32 folder.
if you have 64bit system, put it in SysWOW64 folder. (not sure if its named the same in every 64bit comp, but i have it like that)
