i keep getting an access violation when trying to use this hack...

also the regular exe doesn't open right or something, command prompt flashes for a second and then closes

When ever i try to open the BlackCipher i get a message saying: "The program cant start because MSVCR100D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have tryed to reinstall it many times but the same error message comes up again. Any help?
