For the userpic (like mine is cookie fo) needs 1337 post. And the usertitle (mine is "I am the COOKIEFORCE") needs 500 posts.

And the minion force is chosen by Liz. So you can't get that.

Noo i wasnt asking about minion force i was using there badge as an example but thanks for the info <3

You can change your username title when you reach 500 posts.
Once you have 1337 posts you can have a usertag, which are those photos you see above the avatar. You can't user usertags like Minion Force, Global Moderator and such because those are staff usertags. Alhough, you can go to the Graphics->Help & Requests section and post a request for a usertag.
Once you want to change your usertag/username title, contact @Liz and she'll help you.
