Helppre-configured binds

I need help for make pre-configured binds.
I dont want to be a leecher or a choob anymore !
I want to make something useful !

Just want to know wich software to use or anything like that. For sure with some steps.

2. Command Prompt
or use Bind Yo Shit to convert the files
3. Notepad
