Help Console Plzzzz

Alright so my friend just started using the console and making shetload of money. So i wanted to try it out also but when i open up Winject.exe it pops up a box thats titled diagnostic message. Help me out pl0x

If you're with vista/wndows 7 run it as admin

for continue what is writed in the box ? If it's what i think, a dll is missing in your pc.
