In-game clock

Is there anyway I could have a clock in either top corner of my screen when playing in game? I'd really like one.

I get bored making stuff in VB/C++. But a friend is suppose to teach me how to make my own shotty spread hack. It'd also be really cool to mod guns like TrollerCoaster.
