@Stevenom i bought my pc garbage no GFX card , bought one, AMD SEMPRON 140 is what im working with now. Plus thats like the only 95 watt.

my last pc broke and we were tight on money, im slowly making this a gaming pc..

Okay, at least buy a CPU over 100, the sockets must match, the motherboard and CPU or it won't work.
Graphics card, preferably, just CA, I'll buy Radeon 5770 HDⓘ not the $37 card, well if you're tight on money go for it.
But at the end, if you're really gonna slowly make it a gaming computer, you'll be spending a lot more than buying a least one good part, such as the 5770 HD.

I can only get up to 95 watt. processor but like honestly ati radeon 4350 hd should be good enough for 70+ fps in ca.

I would honestly buy a new PSU then.
How do you live on 95 watt.
At least buy a Power Supply Unitⓘ with at least 400 watts, make sure you have the correct pins.
