UPDATED - site stoped working go here instead http://cf.vtc.vn/ then use translator to navigate your way through the pageUPDATED - the register website has changed it is now https://paygate.vtc.vn/ebank/paygate...form.html?l=en i think the tutorial should be accurate from there but if not there is not a "English" button at top right corner of web page to make things less complicated a lot of people have messaged me about finding mein bac, try using google chrome browser, it has a translate page option. i like to think i am not teaching pigs to fly -.-
forgot to include this in the video but its very important so listen up. when you get to pick your server you are going to want to go to the top of the page there are 3 server categories. you want to go to the middle one then go to the first server in that category called something like tahn bin hcm ... close to that
