Anyway to combine coupons from multiple accounts (All mine of course) and buy shit with them?

Lets say i have 10 coupons in account A, and 15 coupons in account B. Can i combine accounts A & B into one account and use all the coupons together? Or just somehow get the coupons?
(Both accounts yours of course)
