PING / Help Please

Hey I have a FPS of 80-100 but my ping is like 500-700? and that laggs me alot...? lol before I had 50-150 ping but not it whent up to 600-1000 and I cant play... I reinstalled CF like 5 times and I followed all Tuts for it and nothing... please help

There's a problem in your internet connection, nothing related to your compute hardware or something.
If you are using a router with Wireless/WiFi, be sure to protect your connection to do not let anyone use it. If you already a pass on it/disable it and continues with the lag, recommend you check Firewall and AV configuration.

Some things you can try ( wireless connection ):

Close any other computer-intensive programs
Close any other internet-intensive programs ( Skype )
Reset router access point
Reset your network adapters
Re-install your network adapters

Other than that I don't know.

If all fails, try using Wireshark to sniff/trace packets and see if anything is using your connection, then you can block the connection with a firewall.

Alredy restarted 2 times...

Wireless it's a bit slow some times...Connect your pc or laptop with a ETHERNET cable the speed would be increased!

Seeing as your fps is normal and its your ping, the problem is within your internet, just keep trying most of the things listed here and maybe the problem will resolve itself in time..

FPS is the frame rate, it's related with de memory ram, the ping it's related with your internet connection, make an adsl test, if it is lower than 100-200kb/s(100ping) phone ur company of asl, maybe will be an error of him.

try to download any think and say how many kb/per sec

Make sure you dont have any background programs such as MSN, Skype, Xfire ect running.
Try using gamebooster or smart close

u lag @ Crossfire only or @ all ur net usage browsing/downloading/uploading..etc

Internet Speed depends on many things:
-ur net Company,ask them for help !
-Fix ur System from errors,lag shit with CClenear/Advanced Sysytem Cara 4.0 or something ,and Defrag ur hard drife
-Deep scan ur Pc with Pro Anti virus/Spyware
-Check ur windows firewall and make Crossfire at whitelist / add crossfire ports here Click Here
-Run Crossfire as Admin (windowed) then Pop up ur task manager go to processes =>crossfire.exe=>set Priority to LOW and @ Set affinity uncheck CP1 ,Let CP0 checked .
