Winrar extracting error
Whenever i try to extract Ja V1.3.5.dll to my desktop or anywhere it doesnt work. Here is a video showing my problem. If you know what i should do please do tell me in the comments below.

If you have an antivirus running disable it.
If that doesnt work try reinstalling winrar

Try Right Clicking on the rar file and then click "extract here"

Thats the same thing of what he did, but a longer way.
