Playing Mabinogi Heroes?

Is there a way to play mabinogi heroes outside of Korea? They are getting Kai this winter possibly and I'd like to start on him

I guess simply what I'm asking is if proxies work for playing the korean version, jsut as people outside of nexon NA use proxies...

Get a social from a friend (legal) or use the powers that be from an engine (not so much - therefore I'm not providing further guidance on how to find it), follow a guide on youtube titled Nexon KR 20010 Registration Guide (if you can't read korean, they'll translate the registration page for you).
Turn on the Korean Keyboard layout along with Microsoft IME so you can type the required CAPTCHA.

Every Korean resident is assigned a Resident's Registration Number(주민등록번호), which has the form 000000-0000000. The first seven digits have his/her birthday and gender, where the first six digits are in the format YYMMDD.

Just search google china for 주민등록번호 and the birthdate portion of the social. It returns a lot of deceased Socials. Make sure the age of the social is less than 21 and above 14.

The guy that gives away the accounts knows to do the above... somehow I think it's just better if you make it yourself. You never know what people plan on doing. Mine wasn't for a KR server, but I had an account made to me by a quasi-close friend. Two years later, I found the account was snatched and sold off... all my things went with it and I was without an account *derp*
