Nexon posting files in hack folders?

I found a BlackCipher folder (I DIDN'T MAKE) with NexonGuard.aes. Is Nexon making these Guard files to stop hacks somehow? The fact that I found a folder entitled BlackCipher probably means Nexon is aware that BlackCipher is extremely popular and used often. (feel glad NOOB) What do those files do anyway?

Delete Blackcipher file from combat arms.
If u play legit nothing happen

Inject BlackCipher again on CA and that file comes back again.
When u injecting hacks there will be logs with dates to in the combat arms file..
Always after injecting BlackCipher.

So its just a hackShield that make Logs to caught people

its the name of the new hackshield ive heard.
