Any console?

is there any console there that can be used to bind my stuff?
coz i was using the modded version of shawnrussow's console to bind my stuff and now that thing is detected again after patch, I tried the new console of Presiden but it doesnt let you bind the commands, it can just activate commands one by one by typing them in that console...

or any other way to bind my stuff....

wanted to do this binds since these are the only ones I use right now..
alias change1 "ai_reaction_delay_alert 999"
alias change2 "ai_reaction_delay_idle 999"
alias change3 "cc_set_sub_weapon sticky_bomb_lvl1 99"
alias change4 "change1;change2;change3"
bind 7 "change4"

bind 8 "monster_attack_bonus_ratio -80"

already got my keys 6/9/0/-/= binded to other stuff that I am using but I just wanna update my keys 7 and 8 to these commands..
