proxies change/hide your ip address
im guessing that means if you get an IP ban you can use this and still play?

The purpose of using this is mainly for people that want to play from outside of the NA region because outside of that area is blocked.

She didn't delete anything. When i first saw this thread she just wrote something like "coming soon" and now there's a close request instead.

She/he deleted everything. The proxy is called AllProxy Lite.
