Is this a lie or something? Idk if it's real some one give me some answers plox.

Nexon doesn't use the words "I" or "Greetings"
Another way to tell is if the Email came from this address "support@Nexon.net" or something in that nature.

It's an automated message when you fill out the e-mail change forum and get enough answers correct....

If its from that "How to change your e-mail" thing, its real. If not, don't bother with it.

If it asks for your password then its fake. Nexon could access all your account info from inside their databases so they should never need to ask you for your password/login name.

It's not fake, I got the exact same e-mail 2days after i submitted the change your e-mail forum.

You have to fax back the answers from the pdf they attached with proof of your ID (government ID Card) and then they send you another e-mail either saying they changed your e-mail or your didn't send sufficient information.

That's the real email.

I agree, its real, had that exact email sent to me bought a week ago(although i never faxed them or anyhting, cause i decided not too change my email)

it's a scam, alot of RS players are getting this too
