my guess is your talking about the HFS files. If you plan on using any HFS mod's then its important to back up your HFS folder

go to your vindictus directory and make a copy of you HFS folder store the copy anywhere you want i normally just rename the original HFS folder to BakHFS and name the modded one hackedHFS you can easily swap them out this way by renaming either one back to HFS

Making a spare HFS folder will prevent any unwanted problems when you create a new hfs mod.

also its always good to backup ANY hfs file you mod by copy and pasting a copy of your file and working on that instead of the original.
