MW2 has the best multiplayer sick killstreaks.
Cod4 has the best campaign.
CoDWaW has zombie mode, tons of blood ETC...

CoD 6, mainly because of quickscoping and because i am pretty good at quickscoping.
Unfortunately i think i'll say CoD 7 here, because that's the game i am best at 400 score per min TDM FTW!...

Cod 6 Mw 2 sick multiplayer

btw i think cod 1 and 2 are the same

1. MW2 the mp kicks ass + awesome campaign.
2. MW1 only played the campaign, but it is still freaking awesome.
3. WaW only played sp, but the historical events are really nice.
