Liz doesn't visit gen all that much, meaning there's less of a chance she'll see your dumb thread, compared to the chances of her seeing a PM. Same goes for Vin.

Windows Live Messenger does not work on my pc , it always gives and eror , i tried many fixes but till now none of them worked ,

MSN works on all OS's, and there are different ways of Messaging people with MSN, even without the MSN client

so there is no retarded excuse you can use.

Liz reads all her PM's, and I was talking about Vin not Dave, obviously Dave doesn't read PM's.
