I'd prefer JitBit since it can record what you do, so no need to write a script.

First go to settings and turn the loop to "0" for infinite looping

EDIT: Well all you need is:
1. Have Vindictus, JitBit, and perm bindings and ezbossx
2. Start Vindictus n JitBit
3. Start a boat in private
4. Hit Start (boat)
5. start recording on the 2nd stage
5. use bindings (no NumPad)
6. Reload map after you mined and picked up
7. wait for loading map to finish
8. ctrl +q to stop recording
9. save recording and hit play all
