What should I spend it on? 10k bp, also.

Nice, well, try spending on some Temp guns, or try Black Market.
With BP, get a M16A2.

Here is no "best" gun... I recommend blackmarket and buy crates what you want.

I'm just debating whether to get m4-c because I'm getting the silver. And how's the m4-elite or m4-crystal?

Depending on what you have already, here's what I would do:
0. Exp+ gear
1. Spop (for the ribbon)
2. AWM-RD, Deagle-Scope, AK-Knife
3. Perm Axe from coupons
4. You'll probably have like 500-600k GP: buy Speed C4 / Nades+ / Breath Down / Bags3&4 for like 300 days!
5a. Spend rest on Aug-Camo, Deagle-Camo and Thompson.

5b. Buy some GP weapons: Steyr, AK, QBZ, G36K (it's epic, some ppl underestimate this gun), ...
It depends on how much weapons/ or how good your account is already... with your BP get M4 Silver or AK Silver...

I already have SPOP.
I had already planned to get the perm axe, this is just a reinforcement. I'm not much of a sniper, though. So I'm not sure if I want to spend it on the AWM-RD.
Definitely the speed c4 and such. Already thought about that.
