The lighting is messed up all the effects are so intense yet the render is just like all dark and shit
The Main are around the focal is cool but the sides are really boring to me

Looks like it has really high contrast. Other than that I'd fix the lighting.
Work on creating depth with a technique other than just blurring the sides and sharpening the focal.

- Work with the flow a bit here. It is very apparent around the focal, but it is lost on the blurred background.
- Try working with the depth as well a little more, rather than just blurring and sharpening focal.
- There is a somewhat visible light source, but it is lost in the fractals around his head.
- Mess around with the burn and dodge tools a little more and the light source will become far more superior
7/10, not bad, but could definitley support more improvements.
