Dont know how to do this

ok i download the hacks then it opens up winrar and then i extract it to something and it says cannot open acces denied so then i extract it to desktop it lets me do that and i double clik it and then it says cannot open it it says open with or cancel windows cannot open the file PLEASE HLEP

ok so it says you dont have permison to open this file

You have to use an injector like PerX and inject into Engine.exe

Look, you dant just open the .dll you need an injector like Boombox said, then inject it into Engine.exe
My personal favorite is mmbob's bInject, you can get it...
