Is their anyway to remove the textures from the game to make everything look grey like the maps and stuff?

Yes there is, delete Textures.rez and if you want gun textures gone delete all the GUNS_T_PV files.

Umm maybe if u can open it up then delete all the data in the files contained in textures so there just empty files with no data to run. So, simply make the files to "empty shells".
be careful when you do the data remove that u dont delete you might want it for later
